\System\Library\Extensions\IONetworkingFamily.kext I'm using UniBootX Clover bootloader (from Polish forum). Then I generated PM using ssdtPRGen script and tried to sleep and wake up - still the same. I reinstalled OS yesterday, hoping that it would solve this problem. After logging into OS I see a message saying that computer has rebooted because of a problem. But when I wake up my computer, it restarts. OS X can go to sleep mode without any problems (it takes some time, about 40 seconds, but that doesn't matter).
